What is Occupational Therapy for children?
Occupational Therapy is a regulated health profession which focuses on assessing and providing intervention to assist people with engaging in their everyday activities. For children, these activities typically include play (grasping, crawling, manipulating toys), self help skills (dressing, feeding, toileting), school readiness (fine and gross motor skills) and social skills. Miranda can evaluate your child's abilities and assist with developing skills that are appropriate for their age.
